How SVAccessibility handles information shared through this website.

When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional organization name, the service you are interested in, and a message. We use this information to respond, discuss a potential engagement, and keep track of that conversation. Please avoid including sensitive personal or health information in your message.

Who receives your inquiry

Form inquiries are emailed to Steve Spohn and Vicki Karlovsky at their SVA email addresses. Our website hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate those services.

Website operation

Our WordPress website is hosted with Elementor. The hosting service may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Any links to external sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.

Videos and external stories

Video previews on this site use images served by our website. A YouTube player is loaded only when you choose to play a video. YouTube then receives technical information needed to provide its player and applies its own privacy practices. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Links to articles, social profiles, and other external sites take you to services with their own policies.
